I was facing issue during pin generation via app imobile pay (ofcourse doesnt work properly on IOS ).
So tried with netbanking but same issue.
Now final option is customer care number 1800 1080
So when you call then give all details like
Language, then say generate credit card pin on voice
Then say yes for confirming.
Then give credit card number, give date of birth and cvv.
Now it says enter pin: here sometimes it may say invalid so its asking here proper pin to create so don’t give repeting number and try to giv random numbers like 9876 or 6789 anything is okey .
Still it doesnt take then try caling them again few times.
For me it worked after 4 times calling.
Now once you set the pin successful then cut the call and use the same pin for you imobile app.
